1. Operator and Scope

These Terms apply to the use of www.kayoomall.shop and purchases from Shantou Fanqu Toys Co., Ltd., the company operating Kayoomall.

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shantou Fanqu Toys Co., Ltd.

2. Eligibility

Purchases must be made by an adult aged at least 18 who has legal capacity to enter the transaction.

You must provide accurate order information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

3. Products and Safety

Review the exact product’s description, specifications, included components, age recommendation, and warnings before purchase.

Screen settings can affect color appearance, but this does not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or supply of a different product.

Use toys according to their instructions and age grading. Stop using a product that appears unsafe or damaged.

Safety instructions do not exclude our obligations concerning defective goods or non-waivable consumer rights.

4. Prices and Payments

Unless stated otherwise, prices and charges are in U.S. dollars.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by us, discounts, and the total payable are displayed before payment.

We accept PayPal and supported credit cards shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate charges under its own terms.

5. Orders and Availability

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

If a stock issue, payment problem, address issue, or genuine listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the options.

We will not increase a confirmed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel and refund it.

6. Shipping

We deliver to supported U.S. addresses.

Estimated processing is 2–3 calendar days, followed by 10–12 calendar days in transit, for an estimated total of 12–15 calendar days.

Standard shipping is free for merchandise subtotals over US$49.99 after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation may no longer be possible after shipment.

Eligible voluntary returns must be requested and dispatched within 30 calendar days of purchase, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Rights relating to delayed dispatch, non-delivery, defective goods, or other legally required remedies remain available independently of ordinary change-of-mind returns.

8. Intellectual Property

Website materials and product-related content may be protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not commercially exploit protected materials without authorization or another lawful basis. Rights remain with their respective owners.

9. Reviews and Customer Submissions

If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it and make reasonable formatting changes without changing its meaning.

You retain your rights in your submission. Do not submit unlawful content, content you lack permission to share, or unnecessary personal information about others.

We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or condition an entitled refund or other remedy on removal of an honest review.

Private customer-service correspondence is not permission to publish a testimonial.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious code, or interference with website operations.

We may take proportionate measures to address misuse, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Independent services, including payment providers, may apply their own terms.

Our use of a payment provider, carrier, or other service provider does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.

12. Liability and Consumer Rights

We take reasonable steps to maintain accurate information and website availability, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or consumer guarantees, or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, or other matters where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

Our company is registered in China and serves customers in the United States.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent a governing-law choice is permitted, without depriving U.S. consumers of mandatory protections under applicable U.S. federal or state law.

You may contact us to seek an informal resolution. This does not prevent you from using a payment-provider dispute process, contacting a regulator, or bringing proceedings before a court with lawful jurisdiction.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive foreign-court requirement.

14. Changes

Updates apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that order unless a lawful change is separately agreed.

A later update does not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
