Please provide only information reasonably necessary to investigate the concern.

5. Review Process

We will review sufficiently detailed reports and may request additional information.

Depending on the circumstances, we may temporarily restrict access to disputed material, request evidence of authorization, contact a supplier or content provider, or remove material where appropriate.

A complaint does not automatically establish infringement. We will consider relevant information from the parties involved.

This reporting process does not claim that Kayoomall has registered a U.S. DMCA agent or qualifies for a particular statutory safe harbor.

6. Applicable Rights

We respect intellectual property rights under applicable Chinese and U.S. laws. Nothing in this policy limits legal remedies available to a rights holder or another affected party.
